The Brief:

One venue. One night. A brand launching to the world for the first time and needing photography and film to match the occasion.

Maneology commissioned Visually Rich to cover their brand launch event in Birmingham in its entirety. Event photography, modelled imagery and a complete launch film, all produced simultaneously across a single evening with no opportunity to come back and do it again.

The approach:

Three completely different disciplines. Event documentation, modelled photography and event film production, running simultaneously in a live event environment where the schedule keeps moving whether you're ready or not.

We set up and managed our own lighting throughout the evening, creating the conditions needed for high-quality modelled imagery within a live event space without disrupting the atmosphere of the launch itself. Speeches, guest reactions and the energy of the room were captured as they happened, fast, instinctive and authentic. Between event moments, models were directed and shot against our lighting setup, producing brand imagery that sat alongside the event coverage as a cohesive visual suite rather than two separate shoots that happened in the same room.

Everything fed into the launch film simultaneously, a single piece of content that told the full story of the evening from first guest to final speech.
